Xoopit's service helps people find the valuable content in attachments and links typically buried in email. The iGoogle gadget was designed to be an easy way to browse and discover photos and videos (attachments and links) from a user's Gmail account. Users could quickly click through a grid of images or click on single images. "Surprise Me" surfaced a random image or video. The gadget was coded for speedy performance.

Screenshots of the final version of the Photos tab. Clicking on a thumnbail in the grid view would expand the image to fill the gadget window. Users could navigate through image and grid pages by using the arrow icons or by clicking the right and left halves of the gadget pane.
Additional links like "Email this photo" opened a lightboxed dialogue in the gadget pane.
Screenshots of the final version of Videos tab. Like Photos, it emphasizes the viewing experience of the media. Thus, the interface is kept spare and simple.
